Shep Smith: that guy whose friends, entire family, and every girl he's ever dated, know is gay, and don't understand why he doesn't just get it over with.

And we're not talking a Terry Dolan scenario here, where his career/livelihood hinges upon keeping in the closet. Shep is in SHOWBIZ, first and foremost and would suffer no consequence that could be deemed harmful to his career. His "stunning" announcement would only surprise the demographic that still can't believe the news about Liberace.

Wait a goddamn second, Stanley. What exactly are you saying about my homey Liberace? I don't get your humor at all. Lib and me went deer hunting and truck riding and hell raising not too long before he played the final note.

Say it isn't so.

"My bad", as the really dumb kids say. I should clarify. I didn't mean to besmirch the wonderfully talented pianist, the Liberace I was referring to was Liberace O'Hara Goldstein, a local CPA. That's the fruit fly I was referring to, not that guy that Andy Robinson played in the TV-movie.

Sign me "Relieved In Idaho."  You also effectively exorcised my lingering - and until now, secret - paranoid doubts about our great Bro Bonding hunting that weekend.

He kept making all these off color "deer sausage" jokes and I would sort of laugh and tell a Three Stooges joke and ask if he wanted another beer.

Jesus. I feel so much better.

I didn't realize how much it was h(a)unting me all this time...  like ...  like some sort of gargoyle wearing a giant diamond ring.

Thanks, man.

Well that explains the clothes.

And why he kept saying, "kiss my ring," right?

I'm following all of this correctly, right?

God damn it.

Tama the cat has died. An elaborate funeral was held in Japan.
----
"Tama the cat: 3,000 attend elaborate funeral for Japan’s feline stationmaster Japan’s most famous cat, who saved an obscure railway line in rural Wakayama prefecture from financial ruin, earns posthumous status of Shinto goddess...
In an outpouring of grief usually reserved for the passing of a cultural icon, thousands turned out at the weekend to bid a final farewell to a cat credited with saving an obscure Japanese railway line from financial ruin.
Before Tama’s appointment, the nine-mile-long (14.5km) line was losing 500m yen ($4m) a year and at one point only 5,000 passengers a day were using it.When the station’s last employee left as part of a cost-cutting drive in 2006, Tama stayed on. In her first year on the job passenger numbers rose 10% to 2.1m. The overall “Tama effect” on the local economy has been estimated at 1.1bn yen ($8.9m).
After rising to the position of ultra-stationmaster, she went on to become a vice president of the rail firm. On Sunday, she was given a new title: honourable eternal stationmaster."

I think we should replace congress with cats.

Where do these dogs come from? My dog is filthy, stinky and happy to be that way, because at the slightest hint of a bath she takes off like a bat out of hell, galloping around the backyard until i'm too worn out to chase her anymore with the hose and bucket. Then she wedges herself into little crannies by the fence behind the deck where it's impossible to get her, too, and at 75 lbs, she's too damn big to drag out. Basically, she makes a fool out of me any time bath tiems is brought up. I could only use this product if it came with some sort of dog force field or a tranquilizer dart.

Obedience school? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Are we still saying BellGab has never been hacked?

A few weeks ago I saw what looked like some very out of character posts by 4 or 5 members - several posts from each - in a certain thread

It was new personality week. I guess you didn't get the memo. C A M on the other hand didn't read the last sentence that noted an end date.

Had a dream about george noory. No, really. Met him in person and he was really upset about all the hate, I felt so bad for him. Damn.

Well, onan, I can't be held completely responsible now, can I? I did actually read the entire interoffice memo, but the most recently discovered Mayan hieroglyphs† readjusted my damnable inner calendar while also, admittedly, over-tweaking some... er... borderline personalities in question.

But we won't go there.

I'm unsure how all this plays out and just as acutely unsure as to ~when.~

It could be argued that Art's imminent return is, across the board, simultaneously tightening and loosening all shrink wrap, causing enough synchronicity to make Jung's ghost slap a monkey.

( †Said glyphs discovered after a somewhat unfortunate plunge from a suspiciously snapped zip line upon which I was wahoo-scrying while on a recent trip to Central America that I snagged as a shameless contestant on Wheel of (mis)Fortune. Brings a whole new meaning to the term ".zip file(d)".  The locals have an odd sense of sabotage humor.  I did find their medical system quite affordable, if shamanic at times.)

((Vanna was very personable, though politely declined my invitation to accompany me to the  --- ----- ----  resort in  ---- ------ Belize, demurely suggesting I invite Mr. Sajak.

Mick was mostly right. We can't always get what we want.

BUT! we can often get what we bleed. Vanna had a good time despite her colorful remonstrations.))

(((Please. No violence occurred, ladies. "Bleed" was a metaphor for wearing her down. Though psychic vampirism can't be completely ruled out.)))

Normal people are very rare.

What's normal and who the hell wants to be it?

All the normal people I know are more fucked up and unhappy than the abby normals.

I was seriously considering joining as SILVER OWL and inserting some distraction there, but from what I read, there is not a free membership option.

Pretty surprised it was set up only as pay to play instead of as an ad-based revenue model.

Sorry, Dave. No SILVER OWL mechanizations for you.

I believe you can set up a membership for free, but have to pay if you want to interact with anyone.

I'm starting to think all of those box disappointments/failures starring George Clooney have something to do with George Clooney starring in those films.
