(Teri says he means it.)

Why don't they hire Falkie as an advisor on e-begging, give him a cut of whatever he collects on their behalf.  If nothing else he knows where to go for free food

I'm guessing Mike is also the one who gave her the guitar. He says he worked for Gibson as a lead machinist and seems to be interested in guitars.

Because LNM is generally imbued with a pejorative pall here, and you made the linkage between that political polarity and their network, duh... ???

Unfortunately, when I hear an idiot, I feel compelled to call them out as an idiot, reguardless of their political leanings.  sound reasonable?

I think by now, you KNOW how I enjoy listening to idiots.

Individually of course.

Invoking "conservatives" at large, not so much.

Well I enjoy me some HLW too! ;)

Any July 2nd related activity or update?

Yes.
Any show or network that is including commercial music in their downloads will regret it.
Really, really regret it.
It is never smart to go on the air and claim over ONE MILLION listeners in over ONE HUNDRED countries when you are playing Abba every night (that you show up for work)
There is a reason why TuneIn is not accepting new station submissions.
There is also a reason why TuneIn is about to be sold for much less then the $500 million they were valued at last year.

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/appsblog/2013/may/30/tunein-funding-radio-apps

2013:
Streaming radio service TuneIn has raised $25m of new funding, as its website and apps passed 1bn listening hours for the first four months of 2013.

The service has more than 40m monthly active users listening to the 70k AM/FM, digital and internet radio stations whose streams it makes available. It notched up 227m listening sessions in March alone.

TuneIn's latest funding round was led by venture capital firm Institutional Venture Partners, with previous investors Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures and General Catalyst Partners chipping in.

The round brings TuneIn's total funding so far to $47m since its first round in 2010, and came as the company appointed a new chief financial officer, former Googler Axel Martinez, to bolster its growth plans.

"It's been very entertaining to go out to these top-tier investors and talk about what radio's going to look like over the next five or ten years," says chief executive John Donham. "They get just as excited about it as everyone else we talk to."

Silicon Valley VCs getting excited about radio? That's quite a thought, given the hype â€" and a fair amount of justified excitement too â€" around the emergence of on-demand streaming music services like Spotify and Deezer, and personal radio services like Pandora and iHeartRadio (in the US, at least).

2017:

https://www.billboard.com/articles/business/7840987/tunein-pandora-lawsuit-breach-of-contract-ad-sales
Radio streaming platform TuneIn is suing Pandora for breach of contract in a deal where the music streaming service failed to meet ad sales goals and guaranteed payments over the first quarter of 2017.

In a lawsuit filed Tuesday (June 20) in California, TuneIn also alleges anticipatory breach, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and negligent misrepresentation, demanding a jury trial.

TuneIn's complaint against Pandora explains last year the two companies had formed an agreement where Pandora would exclusively sell TuneIn's digital audio advertising inventory for 2017. Under this agreement, Pandora was to pay TuneIn a guaranteed quarterly revenue so long as TuneIn supplied a minimum number of audio impressions each month. At the crux of the deal was Pandora's "purportedly revolutionary and newly-launched advertising platform" Harmonic Audio Network, which Pandora had touted as a game-changing service to improve placements to better align with brand values with improve listener engagement.

SiriusXM to Buy $480M Stake in Pandora

TuneIn alleges Pandora "did not invest the resources and effort necessary to make the Network a successful sales platform" and points to its "dismal sales" as proof. Over the first three months of 2017, Pandora sold against just 13.9 percent of TuneIn's forecasted 881,000,000 impressions. Historically, TuneIn states it sold 60-70 percent of its advertising inventory by leveraging several third parties. In this exclusive agreement with Pandora, TuneIn had hoped to increase those figures to 100 percent.

"Pandora also communicated to TuneIn that it had not dedicated the necessary resources or put forth the necessary effort to make the Network a success," the suit claims.

After Pandora failed to adequately sell TuneIn's advertisement inventory over the first quarter of 2017, with a multi-million dollar guaranteed payment due, the suit alleges the company fabricated a breach of the agreement by TuneIn that claimed TuneIn failed to provide its inventory forecast in a "reasonably acceptable format," as their deal demanded. This, TuneIn calls "a thinly-veiled attempt to avoid its payment obligations in light of its poor sales results."

DisWade seems to think that the music used on his show (bumper music), and now "hers" belonged to Art Bell.  She commonly refers to it as "Art's Bumper Music".
DisWade wants her elderly, uninformed listeners to believe this as well.  Believe it or not, ABBA didn't write and record Dancing Queen or any other song and give it to Art or DisWade.  Every single song on the bumper music is copyrighted and must be paid for per use.  The place to report these multiple violations should probably be with the individual publishers of each song, or even the Artists themselves (and let them forward it to their lawyers, publishers, etc.).  This would depend on the song, etc.  What kind of a person, attaches herself to ANYTHING, and before long claims it as her own?  Their has to be a name for this disease, as well as a recourse to those she affects (or INfects).

Falkie would take it all and blame bellgab for the stations failure.

You may be right. Awful nice of him seeing as how much he hated her just one half year ago.
