Thank you all for the support and help, this really is quite a ride even before the ride has started! As far as Dave is concerned I hope you all have noticed I have not been posting anything negative about him or for that matter anything at all but this latest stunt was simply too much.

I do indeed think the show is going well, I am starting to get more at ease with everything I have to do and it is a lot. When you run your own board it's truly a different ball game but it's the only way to be in charge of the flow of the show which is very important to me.

As always, I want to thank the members on here who have given so much support and real help, if anybody wants to complain that Bell Gab people are too vocal on the show they can stick where the Sun don't shine. The people on here are my friends. There are other Fan group sites but I owe the people here a lot.

The FBI agents were much more interested than one might think.  They saw your shopping list of potential bomb making supplies and the fact you already knew you would be planning to break the law by how you kept stressing you needed $10k instead of $71 gas money because there was going to be lawyers fees and fines.  You can explain that part to a judge. If you are not deported first.

It’s not up to me whether you actually broke the law. Just don’t lie to the FBI. That in itself is a felony.

They didn’t even need a search warrant to prove your collusion with Heather. They just needed one month access to the archives for $4.99. Their biggest hurdle was finding an agent with PayPal.

Any wormhole messages you may have sent to Heather did take a warrant to recover. Well, unless they deemed the FISA warrant recovered enough of your electronic signature. Then they have all of those Facebook comments you posted in every MITD fan forum.  Even the ones you deleted.

Don’t lie to the FBI and claim you must have been hacked. They can prove their case. Claim you were in an alcoholic blackout. That they will believe. They have all your Heather fan fiction.

And yes. Fundraising to cross state lines with the intention of violating federal law is a felony. You don’t even have to cross the state lines. Just taking receipt of the money is enough.  I don’t think they will put you in SuperMax over $6 but you never know.

I suggest you go over cases of slander regarding public figures and Art was/is a public figure.  You put yourself out there in the public and you reap the rewards but there are many negatives that go with that.

I wouldn't go so far as calling Heather a public figure but she has opened herself up to criticism.   You do know she called George Knapp a vulture, right?  How do you feel about that?
