So where is the verification/evidence from Knight to refute me? There is none!

And of course, he always uses the threat of an FBI investigation for which he claims evidence of threats to his life or others. Dietrich will encourage his cult to make reports instead of himself.  And the shit-show "drama" will continue until Dietrich declares a false victory.  "And your insane BELLGAB forum, is full of lies. All recorded for public record and verification"...Bellgab is not my forum.  And there are other sources of information that present documented proof of Dietrichs' lies. Knight is full of shit. And they claim that Sneaksie-Taffer is me: Using a fake YT channel and commenting on Bellgab - The same person but a "split-personality" the insanity never ends with Dietrich and his emotionally-challenged, retarded followers.

I have a lot of respect for Maj. Charles Talley and have said so.  But I find it disturbing that his son Derek has not taken the time to review the evidence showing Dietrich was never a Marine. And now Derek is falsely accusing me of threatening him and his family.  This is not what Marines do. I understand and empathize that he is fighting his own battle against cancer.  But I have done so myself. And have close friends (Marines, and family) who have lost the fight.  Just this past week a fellow Marine I served with (Gary Long, MSGT USMC (ret) was diagnosed with ALS at age 53.

Accordingly, I will submit a FOIA request for the military service record of Derek Talley.

It's amusing to hear Dietrich lie to Moon so casually. Dietrich seems oblivious to the fact that Moon is a expert investigative researcher and a good judge of people and he would know immediately if someone was lying to him. I hope Moon's book about Dietrich goes something like this: Dietrich, A Pathological Study of a Deranged Sociopath.

Dietrich lied several times about several things last night. Some Moon appeared to accept and some he asked Dietrich to explain in more detail. Most were obviously lies which I could confirm being untrue in just a few minutes of research.  Some will take more time but in my experience, if it sounds like Dietrich is lying, he probably is.

As for the book series, Moon says he backing Dietrich's claims with "footnotes".  There has also been mention of a contract between Moon and Dietrich which will have to be agreed upon prior to publication of the first of three books.  This is where I believe Dietrich will likely be disappointed. But he will have no other option than to agree with the terms.  If he does not, the deal is over and Moon will have wasted a great deal of time and work.  It won't matter if Moon knows Dietrich is lying or manipulating facts. And Moon will certainly know for sure if he bothers to verify what Dietrich has claimed. He is certainly more than capable of doing so.  But I believe the book(s) will not be listed as non-fiction.  They may have no listing at all. Which provides Moon with a great deal of editorial freedom (license).

Here are a few claims Dietrich made last night that I can verify as being total falsehood.

1.  "Hasbro recalled thousands of GI Joe's because they included the Medal of Honor-So that people could not 'recreate' the medal and because it is a symbol of Baphomet."  (3:21:40) Dietrich claims the US Gov't "instantly clamped down on Hasbro and "confiscated all of those GI Joe's and forced Hasbro to recall the figures in order to destroy them and the miniature Medals of Honor so that no one could recreate (forge) the medal."

Hasbro (Kenner) produced a series of collectible 12" GI Joe figures called "the Medal of Honor Series" from 1998 to 2003.  I found no record of a recall by the manufacturer for any reason.  There are many of these figures which were created to represent actual MOH recipients from WW2 still being sold as collector's items.

2.  Dietrich claims Audie Murphy committed suicide (3:25:00) - That he was piloting an aircraft while intoxicated.  This is not true.

3.  Dietrich claims US Marine CPL Ira Hayes was a Medal of Honor recipient which contributed to his death.  (3:33:40) Not true.

4.  Dietrich said Medal of Honor recipients don't have to pay any income taxes.  This is true.  But Dietrich neglects to present the actual facts regarding income which have little to do with being a MOH recipient with regard to income and taxes.

MOH recipients are allotted a stipend of about 1,400 dollars a month which is not taxable.  This would be in addition to any other income such as military retirement or VA disability payments they receive are also not taxable.  There are certainly other forms of income they might receive which are indeed taxable income.  And the exemptions for certain property taxes are clearly restricted to acreage etc. Anyone can look this shit up.

5.  Dietrich claims that FDR as Asst. SECNAV "personally led US Marines in combat during the 1915 invasion of Haiti". This is totally false.
Dietrich likely is referencing this website by The Family Guardian, https://famguardian.org/Subjects/Scams/FDR/fdr.htm in which he has posted this same statement to his own FB page:

Dietrich not only claims FDR directed and was personally involved in the 1915 action in Haiti, he also claims that then USMC Maj. Smedley Butler was awarded two MOH for his actions there.  This is also false.  Then Dietrich claims that Butler was actually a communist.

Dietrich claims that Warren G. Harding was "assassinated in San Fran".  NOT true. And that FDR was assassinated as well.  Not true.
