Do you not find it odd that the people that he names drops on are just in the same restaurant and not anywhere near Noory.  That should tell you something.  Afterall, he remains in Los Angeles just so that the can be near that environment and still he only casually sees them.  I mean if I were a tourist and went to a certain restaurant at a certain time of day, lunch or dinner, chances are I would see some star and be able to name drop.  The only stars that associate with him are ones that he has traded off with by letting them be a guest on his show.  Then, they become friends.  That seems very insincere to me.

Here's the thing with LA as I see it. THere are LOTS of attractive women and many of them want a way into the business. I really think George is trying to get laid on a regular basis with these women, and to do it, he drops these names and makes it sound like he is important. Of course, what he is describing is the same as any maggot or tree squirrel would experience: "he was standing two feet away from me. he ordered the soup".

George is a desperate man in a sea of hot women and successful, youthful, dare I say "hip" men. Coast to Coast isn't going to get to laid unless you pretend to know these people. I bet he goes to these bars and restaurants just to say he's been.

I have a name for George to drop, Pepe Lapue.  I watched this cartoon on one of the dish channels this weekend. This cartoon was a black skunk with a white stripe running down his back.  He tried to sweet talk this pussycat or something and it never worked.  He reminded me of George because of the black KIWI-Black hair with a gray stripe down it and he had a certain skank to him as he picked up the little pussy, cat that is.

I hear that George does a mean ZZTOP "Hot Legs" when he does karoke after he gets soused.  He does those hand movements that he did in Vancouver, but he also sings.
