There is NO NEED to think you can't take something back.....  Obviously if you catch the guy, you come back.  I think that is a given.  If this behavior stops, you fill in when you want.  Time is a great healer, as we all know.

Just glad I can come in here and still feel connected to Art.  He has been such a huge part of our lives for so long.  I will never get tired of the podcasts.  I feel so bad for him right now... to not be able to do what you really want to do isn't right.  Wish he would lawyer up. 

Well, what do I have to loose?  I have a 15 year old grandson that needs a kidney transplant right now.  He was born with undeveloped kidneys, one he lost at 3 years old, and the one left is only operating at 18% function.  Our son married his mom, and took her two children as his own.  They have a baby together. 

With all of the worry about Antonio, I would climb into bed and turn on the radio (last 4 years, SHOUTCAST), and every night I could be carried away worry free.  Now we get this bad news about Art.

The transplant will be done at UCSF as soon as they get a donor.  Family's out of pocket expenses expected to be $30,000.00.  There is a donor page set up by COTA  Children's Organ Transplant Association  Here is the link in case anyone would want to make any kind of donation.

Needing help... When I click on the top link on Art's streamin, I get "no url found here"  with a blank whit page.  Is this what I should be seeing... What should I see on the second link?  Can someone help me out?  Please?  I am soooo excited!!!

I am one of those people...
My internet connection, my IPhone, and IPad never worked.  From the first day.  At the end of the first week, I called Sirius to tell them that  I got dropped every 5 15, 7, 10 minutes.  This is the conversation, and actually, when you call them, they record the conversation, so they have a record of my 4 calls... one each week.

I will tell you my first call:

Me:  Hello Sirius, I am having a problem getting connected and staying connected.  I go to bed and get nice and comfy.  Wrapped like a burrito and snuggled in to listen to Art Bell.  After a very short amount of time, 5, 7, 10 15 minutes, I get dropped.  I have to get up, turn on the light , and close the app... reopen the app get the show back, and realize that it repeats the last 5 minutes and goes off again. 

Sirius: (a lovely voice from India):  "Oh, I am so sorry to hear that.  Can you put your IPhone closer to your bed so you don't have to get up?" 

True as can be... second call was just as bad, telling me that Sirius has it stop every 20 minutes at night so that it does not cost the user a lot of data expense.  She told me that some people leave it on for three days, and forget to turn it off...  I went nuts! 
My connection never worked.  I am one of those people.

Here is the truth of what happened.  Art gave it 7 weeks, and Sirius could not get it together enough for his listeners/callers to be able to reasonably listen.  I think I had the worst connection.   By the way.  I listened last night, and still had it cut out constantly.  So I am sure when you sign a contract, the "other" side has to fulfill their part.  They didn't/can't and Art left.  Case closed.  Art wins!

Seraphim27... Ummmm, can I stay?  Even though I am new to this group... I am from the Grassy Knoll... The best nights of all when we'd gather at our desk tops, and summrstars would lock the door and throw away the key!  Fun times.. Is Coz possibly from way back then? Anyone else?

My first post here... Hi everyone.  I am thinking that the NC clause shouldn't hold up.  Certainly not for 2 years.  First of all, the contract seems to be invalid because the darn streaming did not work.  For me, it never worked, and some nights I was unable to listen to the show at all. 
He signed up for the Sirius that worked, right?  Well, it didn't, and he's got thousands of people who could testify to that.
They couldn't fix it... so he left.  Had it worked as per the contract, then, this would not be an issue. 

I think he has plenty of legs to stand on, and I think he is being reasonable.  The key word being "reasonable"
