I worked on decoding the Voynich Astrology for 7 years and here is the result.  I found the date for the Voynich Astrology to be June 20, 1111 at 2:30 am in the morning! Use all caps when decoding a word from the bottom link in the cipher machine.

I've been decoding (and encoding) GNS/Bellgab.com for ~eight~ years and have arrived at the grand summation of (pause) (wait for it) : Completely hammered Yeti excrement - especially as of late with so many tiresome non-humorous pseudo intellectual pontificating fuckwads gumming up the works.

BTW, that time stamp you isolated, Stellar ... is that ZULU or PST or PTSD?  And did you account for magnetic declination when navigating the Tunnels of Set? Or did you avoid descent into same? (Spelunk this, Lilith said.)
