When I started, I was smoking about 3 packs a day.   Yeah, and I felt like re-shitted shit.  Since I moved here where's there is no smoking indoors, the ecigs have helped me cut down to 1 cig ever 1-4 days.  Yeah I feel a hell of a lot better.

Me too. Anyone can read parts of one book ( and there are so many out there), add your own ideas, package it and sell it as a truth. She's not offering support behind it.

It really shows the producer part of Ramona, or whatever that job is called in the radio industry. The part where he calls Art is about 1/3 the way down, it starts with:

The max.  2.4%   That's just till I quit the tobacco.  Then I'll start lowering the cartridge%.
