The publication is from the Federal Reserve Branch out of Chicago. I've got a copy of it buried in my archives somewhere. Caller was correct. I got my copy directly from the source, not from online.

You know, I hadn't thought of that but it makes sense. If Heather sounds frustrated with the show, then WE are going to feel frustrated with the show, and no sing songy, laughing, talking style can disguise that frustration IMO.
