I think it would have gotten a better response if she had phrased the question differently.  I think it would have gone better if she had made it a line for people to tell her what they would like her to do differently as a show host. To have a "Tell me why you hate me" line is mistaking not enjoying how she handles the show, for not liking Heather herself.

That was a badass story, and it inspired two others like it that night.  I wish she'd do a "Let's Not Meet" special line, like the Reddit thread, some night.  Close encounters with terrifying people would make a fun open lines.
