You know, Amy had cool indie bumpers. Since she obviously doesn't need them anymore ...

For years, I thought this song was called G String.

Cat Stevens', "Peace Train"
The Misheard Lyrics:
Ride on the G string.
The Real Lyrics:
Glide on the peace train.

Seems like they are quite shy.  They don't like to be filmed.  They drain batteries and cause electrical malfunctions.  They appear when you least expect it.  Rarely does one have the time to think of turning the camera on the cell phone before they are gone.

Shy is a gravitational wave from half a billion light-years away that takes a century to detect after it was predicted by a solid theory. Ghosts are actively studied phenomena here on earth, so much so that 30+ podcasts exist dedicated to them, countless shows on cable, etc.. I'm not saying ghosts don't exist, rather I'm saying that the methods are not properly scientific. If they were, Ghosts would have no choice but to be detected, or cease existing due to shyness.

Like one of the guests, I took a parapsychology course in college, and this issue has been addressed. The scientific method has been applied to the study of the study of ghosts, but it's like proving or disproving the existence of God.

If there were proper investigative methods being used in paranormal investigations, there would be proof of ghosts by now or proof they do not exist. I've been watching this kind of stuff since 1995 and it's still just spooky stories and bullshit artists.

Weird. I bought 4 Jim Dunlops today.

I still like slim jims, wish i could find 'em, washed down with a Shasta Red Apple Soda, circa 1968

Not really though. God exists, necessarily, outside of the universe. Ghosts exist within the universe. That's two different sets of rules.

November '15? or was it November '16? It was November. I could be thinking the transition of Heather to host.
So they happened while she was already living there? Because she said Art called her told her he was crawling around with his Glock and a hunting knife in his mouth conducting a search and destroy mission the perp on the compound. She then lied to us as if she was in CA and had to call the cops. She even I think spoke with AB on the radio over the phone on air as if she was in Callie. Meanwhile she was right there, next door?

What would you like investigators to use?  They use EMF meters, infrared cameras.  They are trying to create more scientific tools.

Amy was using music from Dance with the Dead. They're awesome.

It seems to me that a being existing outside the bounds of time and space, but interacting with them selectively, could pretty much avoid any circumstance that would result in detection, if not actively thwart it.

Tried. Never directly talk to God. It's all getting turned into pillars of salt, Moses exterminating your tribe down to the last child, and getting the red sea dumped on you all over a chick and a questionable piece of fruit. Talk to Jesus, he's the PR guy.

She did not move there until 2-2.5 months after Art quit.

Her listeners are too stupid to realize that even when they manage to spell the URL correctly, they're still listening to the wrong show.

She's really amassed a following of the best and brightest, as evidenced by Paul and Ella, Lasha, and now Vic.  ;D

I am led to believe that If you use tune in she doesn't get 'credit?'

878 is the number of listeners. The top screen is of the autodj mount point. That kicks in if the hosts connection dies.

Back to Art in the context of suicide.  Basiago suggesting he was healthy and the death was unexpected.  Heather agrees it was unexpected, but

"Well, we know he had COPD, but are waiting for further..."

"Mmm yes it was an awful shock..."

He is probing, like a fortune teller feeling out a subject.

Some are, some are just faking Art Bell on YouTube with ghost machines. But what ghosts have to do with EMF or infrared is weird, because it requires one to assume that once you die you suddenly become a radio station that still emits heat with no apparent means of doing so. Heat comes from our living biology, chemical processes, not anything else ... why do ghosts need to be warm? They are no longer biological. And we are not radio stations in life, why would we be in death? Assumptions are made in the paranormal that sound like fiction, so the the first step is to question the shit out of that. Question, question, question, and that's not being done. If you can see a ghost, it is emitting photons. Start there.
