I don't know, but it sounds to me like Karen is afraid to talk about Heather.  I could be wrong.

I cant hear tge show so you are my ears.  Karen probably is careful because Heather and crew have sdeclared war and refuse to negotiate. 
Heather says shes a witch. Small time maybe but no witch worth his/her salt is gonna brag about being one, that is an invitation for trouble.  But her followers HAVE been public in their threats against keith and co. Publicly wishing bad things to happen,  whatever happened to do no harm heather? 
So Karen is playing it smart.
