The situation with the live feed vs the replays on Terrestial Radio is BAD. Many people will drop when they figure out that terrestial radio is Art reruns only. I know.....Keith didn't have enough time/money? Wait, he "promised" affiliates that he would give only AB content. I wonder if many stations would choose live if given the option. I know I would.

I think they're counting on the quite reasonable supposition that the great majority of the radio audience won't have streamed the program, so they'll be new to them -- sometimes identifiable as dated, though, but still new to them.
