Don't know. I've heard the accent before. Very unique and from a small geographical region, just can't place it. The dipthongs are used in an odd manner that is also specific to that area.

The class is easy but it's very boring. I'm a music major and it was hard staying awake. Very nice man with a soft, monotone voice. It makes it very hard to pay attention. Outline chapters. Make a review sheet off of his review sheet then you'll be fine.

My French friend's parents were black feet French. He spent his very young years in Tunisia then moved to isle de France but spent every summer in England studying English.  So a melange?
