So what is your opinion on the latest drama with Art guilt tripping us and blaming "trolls" for him not coming back and then threatening to sue MV?

If people were constantly slinging shit at me, I'd probably react the same way and consider just not bothering with any of it anymore. I disagree with the notion of suing MV, it just makes a negative situation even worse and is unlikely to be successful. A better response would be to try to turn a negative board back into a positive one. Try and get some of the old regulars back on board, etc., but it may be too late for that.

I posted things about what I heard in his voice and apparent mental processes during the show's airing and I stand behind it.  He was exhibiting symptoms that might mean that he doesn't think he's going to be around much longer or not well, at least.  He was overfocusing to the point of extreme annoyance... Hearing or seeing things that weren't there (conversely, not hearing or seeing things that were)... It was forgivable because it was Art Fucking Bell but...

There is much I don't understand about how this has all been handled. He really needed a PR firm and much deliberate careful thought about how to go about saving this. We should be listening to a rotating group of hosts, anticipating Art's return for when he got his stalker situation fixed. There was a way to limit the damage and maintain positivity. Instead it was burned down in a day, with seemingly every subsequent action pouring gas on the ashes and burning them yet again.
