Kid,...

I spent 15 years fucking with this legal shit, a property line dispute, from one court to another, I always win by proving incompetence on the other side...

It cost me a few bucks, but I proved the wrong...

Problem is, if recorded court records/documents do not exactly define the wrong, another court appearance will be required/expected, because the other party argues about missing facts in the previous recorded court judgments, which they previously agreed to...

This is why the American Legal System is fucked; there is never a closure as long as a minimum wage idiot records the data...

Even though we, the American citizens, pay top dollar for the required court procedure, the court system hires idiots to save money...

To fix this, make the high priced lawyers, and accountable responsible, liable for any mistakes and assume all proper legal paperwork and concluding procedure in all, to which they have advertised to providing...

Bomar

I can't disagree with anything you said.  If Halbig's lawyer is guilty of negligence in his failure to petition for dismissal he should sue him for malpractice, but, I bet he won't.   What I've found in following this for some time now is that there is always something Halbeig leaves out or falsely adds to the narrative when it is examined more closely.   These additions are most often outright lies rather than just an alternative interpretation of events and the omissions always conceal information that would reveal his real motives or is embarrassing and tend to show that he doesn't know what he's talking about.  He won't sue his lawyer because he (Halbig) is in some way responsible for the petition not being submitted.

Lilith

My bad, still got almost an hour to wait for Wells.  I will try to be awake to listen with Bomar.

Lilith

Wells has way to much bass or something on his mic tonight.

Lilith

Well, this was pretty interesting till they started claiming to be men on a holy mission.  Their lack of humility is humiliating IMO.

I can just hear St Peter when they get to the Pearly Gates.

Lilith

I'm so sorry I actually paid to help support this program for a year.  Never again.

Their expressions of self-congratulatory, back-patting "religious privledge" are just too much for me.  I would imagine even the choirs of angels are cringing.

Here's a link to my buddy Ryan Gable's show, "The Secret Teachings" with our hero.

Hey I like that broadcast, I keep forgetting to catch it live.

It's been a month, and there's been exactly one show I've wished to have been able to hear. One.

At the minimum, the value-added for a subscription is dreck. It's clear Wells doesn't invest in his own program, beyond continuing to (literally) phone it in.

Hey Brig, love your podcast btw. As soon as you start talking about the falkie thread, I alt-F4.

I agree with everything you said.  By the way, which One was it that you wished to have been able to hear?

Jackstar

Let us leave that as an undisclosed marketing mystery.

Lilith

I like this live streaming online TV link.  It has an android app too.  It has news, and history type stuff.

Ryan always posted his programs at the archive, which was really smart. I think his program is subscription now, and it ain't cheap. I do admire him, he is very young, already written three books.
He is going to be a legend some day.

Jackstar, in case you missed it, your favorite song was played yet again on the caravan, I wish it would be destroyed. Something about "rockets".

In matters of taste, there can be no dispute. I'm using the word "dispute."

Lilith

I have 660 on to listen to the Wells segment at the beginning with my morning coffee.  I forget about those, even if the guests are old news, its fun to listen to his intro talks sometimes.

Lilith

You know, I listened to Clyde last night, and I listened to Wells half hour "News Segment" this morning with my coffee, and I have to say, Clydes commentary puts Wells to shame. IMO.

You can listen to Clyde last night here:

https://soundcloud.com/groundzeromedia/1219-deep-state-of-shock

Here's Savage last night too.  He had a sit in host for this one.

My problem with Clyde is his intro. If there is one thing I cannot stand, it's the sound of sirens. I also hate the sound of a telephone ringing, and an interminably long intro.
Whenever I cannot find something interesting to listen to, I go back to the lost segment where Wells curses. I find this hilarious, especially after he goes on about how the words that come out of his mouth must be acceptable to "The Lord", and then his audience. Hypocrisy at its best. Maybe one day, I'll post that segment online, and wait for the legal team to show up.
ha.

To be frank, this isn't hypocrisy. And stop calling me Shirley.

Jackstar, as soon as I get my desktop back, I will pm it to you.
By the way, you and Brig should check this guy Chris out. I thought I was cynical, but this guy doesn't believe nukes are real for example.
website: HOAXBUSTERSCALL.com
it's free of course. Jay Dyer makes occasional appearances, that's how I found it.
there is a tab called "wall of calls" where he calls various people "in authority".
Very enlightening.

Wait, wait, that was ME that requested a PM of the rant that was removed from the archive...    :o

Tongue-in-cheek or yet another Jackstarism?  The world wonders.  If it's the former, you should include a happy face since your history of excursions into the realm of delusional fantasy leaves one with legitimate doubt as to whether it's just another lame attempt at humor or time for another visit to the locked ward.

P.S.  Who shot Kennedy?  Asking for a friend.

Jackstar

The weapons are not what you have been told they are.
