Well, I had a vasovagal nerve response once while taking a piss while on blood pressure medication. Long story short, I passed out due to a lack of blood flow to the brain and fell down. It was a black void. And when I woke up, I'd set off a mouse trap with my eye ball and it left a welt on my forehead. That's my NDE experience.

Yeah...we were there.  Visited the southern most point and such. We had to drive a little bit from the house but it wasn't far. In fact, we weren't far from Slim Whitman's crib.  Took my buddy's boat....maybe 10 minutes.

Re the "shared NDE".  I once cared for a man whose car was hit by a drunk driver.  His wife was being resuscitated in the next room.  He did not know how badly she was injured, but after we returned from the CT scan he said, "She's dead, I know it."  He said he felt her leave.  He was right, and the timing he gave was accurate within minutes of her passing.
