What does Dark Matter Digital Network have to offer Mr Knapp that he doesn't already have at C2CAM. C2CAM has more affiliates, If Knapp wants to be heard by as many people as possible, he will stay put at C2CAM.  Dark Matter Digital Network is riding on Art coattails, if Art quits, falls ill or worse dies, Dark Mater digital Network is doomed.

Regarding Dark Matter being dead if Art's gone - I'm not so sure about that.  There are a lot of other programs that are good. and RCH is, indeed, excellent and highly entertaining.

RCH could easily take over the midnight slot if the worst happened and Art was gone. Unless Art walked out over some petty reason and RCH left with him.
