Art Breathing In Mic?

Hi guys. I'm a regular listener but infrequent poster so please forgive me if this has been talked about before. I searched the site but didn't find anything.

Does anyone else hear Art breathing into the mic during the show? I notice this several times during every show but if anyone wants an example from a recent show, skip to time index 1:23:00 on the Travis Walton interview from 08/07/15 and listen for about 15 seconds. You'll hear it clearly.

I sent Art an email several days ago about it but he gets so much email, who knows if he was even able to read it. Just curious if anyone else has heard it and finds it a little disconcerting. Thanks! -Connah

 Yep, noticed it for extended periods on a couple other shows. Reminded me of the early days of voice chat while playing MMORPGs. I figured Keith/J/Redacted would be on him about it. Good thing I'm not female or it might give me tinglies.

Doesn't Keith monitor the show, you would think he would catch stuff like this. I still remember Art stopping guests to get them to adjust the phone, that way when they say a word that starts with P or S, it doesn't annoy the listeners. He did it to Father malachi martin. If anyone listened to John B. Wells  show when it first started, you could hear him breathing into the mic, hear his phone beeping and other noises.

Same here. We got to find something to bitch about! I've heard nothing like this. Either on my mono-speaker on my old Sony ICF-SW11 on WTWW or with earbuds on my smartphone.

Personally, I'm aggravated there hasn't been variety in the bumper music dept. If I don't hear "Mummer's Dance" by the end of the week I'm canceling.

I know your kidding, of course as he played it last night BTW, I left him some ideas on the thread he as been known to look at from time to time.

Well for 70 years old I'm sure he's getting a little wheezy in the attic.
Just be glad he's not like a lot of 70 and up guys who suffer from Chronic Fartitis!
It's one of the main reasons I don't go to Denny's on Veterans day for the free meal, between the wait to get seated and the constant gas attacks!
