A few yrs. ago 7 Second Delay on WFMU put out a call for time travelers, very cleverly.  After the show, they put out a recognition sign in the form of an instruction or something that Ken & Andy would teach their children, that they hoped would enter the oral tradition.  Anything written down might not be legible at some future time, but the oral tradition should last.  Nobody phoned in having followed the instruction, though.

I am genuinely surprised watching periscope.  Art is far more well-lit and animated than I expected.  I always pictured him leaning back, almost motionless, with laser-concentrated attention on the abstract reality of conversation.  I find it pleasantly delightful to see that he is actually so animated, especially with his hands.  Unexpected for me and charming.

Just tried that, got the same result I got the night of test show......heard the "StreamGuys" spot and then nothing. 

Really discouraging.  How do I know I will be able to listen to the podcasts as a subscriber?  If I'm going to have the same problem, why piss away the money?
