Anyone on this thread who hasn't should probably put me on ignore as well

I get that Nancy and her fans aren't going to care for that post, but what part of it is incorrect?  She does whine quite a bit about Hoagie, that his show is the one following Art's.  She and Bill did spend years propping up George Noory as some kind of good guy 'Worker in the Light', when he clearly isn't.


Trolling has been a recent theme here.  To me the real Trolling activity surrounding her shows is her and her need to work the 'suppression of women' into every conversation.  Holy cow, we get it, you were indoctrinated at a young age - probably at some left-wing college - give it a rest.

I really have to stop talking about Hoagie. I am fascinated by the whole phenomenon, so I'll keep checking it out but try to shut up about it. Luckily, with the shuttering of Bella-Haven, it should be easy.

And as for the job of working with Noory on some books we sold for him -- that's what we do for a living. Business is business, right?

You know Nancy, This talk of "shuttering" is not right. I thought you were taking a break trying to get ideas for a new direction for Bella-Haven. At least that is what you told your fans friends. You are not a quitter! Just read on. I mean no offense or malice. You are loved here in this thread and elsewhere. You are my friend and it is as a friend that I am writing this. The big question is this.

Do you want to do Bella-Haven or not?

We defend you, Bill and your other endeavors.

You started Bella-Haven as an idea some months back. A good idea. A great idea. Your passion for this was not fleeting, it was solid. You put hours and hours into the website. you went through 3 co-hosts. Both sets being a good fit. you spent hours on the Bella-Blitz and pictures and prose and hashing out a stream and learning the whole process.
So what happened? This isn't about us or this board. This is about you, your passion and Bella-Haven.
Do you still have the passion? Or are you just going to give up? I can't see Nancy Hayfield Birnes, the "Waiting Wife" as a quitter.
So back to my original question

Do you want to do Bella-Haven or not?

PM me or email if you don't want to answer here. If you even answer. But at least ask your self that question.
Come back or go, it's up to you and I am not trying to push you into doing anything if you don't feel you can. I hope, however, that maybe I can re-kindle that spark.

GMorning Serenity   I am over listening to the MITD last night and reading the live thread, and then will do Hoagie that I missed, but I am here having coffee with you!  I will always come to bella-haven for coffee and chat.  For me thats what bella-haven is and was. A place for bellgabbers to come and talk about Art, Bellgab, MITD, OSOM, paranormal stuff like Rosie talks about, Rosies show, and other show projects bellgabbers might be working on, both in this forum and on the Bella-Haven radio show. If Nancy doesn't want to continue on with the show we were all hoping for, We can all still be Bella Friends here in the thread. Maybe our ideas of the show were different in the first place, or became different with time,  and maybe bellgabbers and all things ArtBell is not a direction Nancy is comfortable with anymore.....  Love, Brig

Good morning, just got to the data center ... having my first cup of coffee -- and getting ready to listen to both MITD and RCH shows ... (while reading the live threads).

As far as Nancy and Bella-Haven, I understand both sides of this story.  Sometimes its a pain in the butt to see negative comments like Nancy gets, here and throughout this entire forum.  Nancy attempts to post to her deflectors- trolls, but there are a hand-full of these folks that don't like Nancy or this thread -- and no matter what Nancy has done or said or will do and/or say -- they're going to zing her.  I know, for myself,  this wouldn't be much fun for me to either have to ignore each comment/poster or run around putting out fires regarding me or those involved with my work.  And lets face it, Nancy isn't going to totally ignore these posts but continue to defend herself and Bill.  Just who she is ...

I think sometimes Nancy just wants to hang out and play; but then on the other hand, she has this need to get this Bella-Haven off the ground and stay on-line with the show.  IMHO, I think she needs more female co-hosts, yeah, probably different ones here and there -- but here's the oxymoron about it ... the TIME ... 3am-5am eastern time; midnight-2am pacific time ... most of us gals are asleep at this time, or listening to RCH live and hanging out with the live thread ... While Lou and Chris are in some ways complimentary to Nancy's style or/and help her to stay in focus ... the show seems to be much more cerebral and not quite as playful as it was in the beginning with a female co-host. 

I think Brig (and all of us) have done a magnificent job in diffusing the 'troll' issue ... in such a great playful manner ... and we will continue to make sure this is a fun thread ... and there will always be the bah-hum folks ... who will find negative with everything any of us do ... and together we will deflect that nonsense ... but in the end, its a big burden on Nancy -- since many of the zings are directly on her.  So Dan, I agree with you, Nancy has to do some soul-searching on what she wants to do and accomplish with Belle-Haven.  Perhaps she has a need to listen to Hoagie and be part of that live thread fun thing, for awhile.  And not worry that RoseGirl will have her show up ... (please all, let the competition go! -- There is enough room for shows from everyone!). And Nancy, for you, that 3am - 5am time-slot may not be the best.  Why not have fun, listen to Hoagie, enjoy your Future Theatre, grow your Bella-Haven website enjoy the late summer, early autumn of the Northeast ... be your own best friend.  Hey, be like Bateman, have a show when you  choose, not every-night ... you still have the stream, its yours! 

I do love and care for you Nancy and if I wasn't a day person; I would definitely be more helpful to you from the background, in an operational way ... or damn, I'd even take the risk and be a co-host every now and then ...

ditto, but its the time-slot, and Nancy has explained that she has made commitments to that time slot. I would like more info on exactly what those commitments are, and what those commitments really mean if there is no Bella-Haven airing at all.......but it's really none of my business.......so...........sad, but it is what it is.
