I recently received an  invitation to a ranch in Tennessee, that owns and trains Tennessee Walkers for horse shows. Was told, they are the only horse with a special gait.  Is that true?

No.  Paso Finos are also gaited but it's a different rhythm.  Same with the 5 gaited American Saddle Bred.  There are other gaited breeds I don't remember at the moment.  I owned a Tennessee Walker for trail riding, not show.  They can quickly cover a lot of ground without tiring.  It's like torsion air ride for the rider.  No bouncing, smooth as silk.

Here's a video (2010) that show the versatility of the Walker.  Notice how the rider barely moves at a full running walk.

Lippizans?

Lippizans are  dressage horses and a recent arrival to America as actual residents.  In the past, there had been very strict rules where the horses could live and who could ride the stallions.

There is a fascinating history to this breed including how they were smuggled out of Vienna Austria during WW2 before Hitler could get his hands on the famous Spanish Riding School. 

My memory is a bit foggish, but I'll look for an interesting link for you if you wish.

One thing I forgot to mention is that The Lipizzaner was originally a war horse.  He had to be as athletic and deft a soldier as did his rider.

Over the course of centuries the horses etc needed to be moved, hidden, or evacuated as the Austro-Hungarian Empire/Holy Roman Empire had battles and various sources for the horses went to other countries or back into the empire. And during WW's where Vienna itself was under attack or occupations. Apparently the current ones all are related to 8 original ones way back? I think that is what they said. The facilities are crazy good. I'm not a horse person but it is worth visiting if in area and you can see them training sometimes. I didn't see them perform an actual show. Other horses would be jealous of their facilities! Chandeliers etc. Ha. Though it is also hard work for them, I'll bet to learn all those moves and discipline.
