i have been into computers for years, i knew it wasn't going that big of a deal, i remember listening to so many of Arts shows back then with predictions, it was ridiculous.

I didn't get into computing 'till about 2004, but the big Y2K woo woo didn't make sense to me at the time either. It kept a shit ton of programmers employed though. I could see it being a problem on SoC or embedded where memory is extremely limited, but for mainframes & desktops of the times, the logic was irrational.

With these issues i dont think the radio stations are going to like the issues Art is having, some may second think picking up the show, just a thought

On FB Art said that internet was coming into his house but not to his studio so the failure is in the cable into his guest house/studio.

office space i believe gave a very solid explanation of Y2K
