It's easy to say that when someone isn't offering you millions of dollars!

I don't need millions of dollars.  Anyway if I stay true to my ideals,I might be able to make money from speeches and such.  An honest politician is a rare thing and I think I would be rewarded for it.  I'd also represent the people of the state or district that I represented.  In a hypothetical situation if the citizens of my district voted for gay marriage,  I would support that decision and fight for it.  If my constituents didn't want to have guns, I'd try to change their minds but I would cast my vote according to my constituents' wishes.
