That's the official stream that they want everyone to use because it has all the bandwidth available.  The KCAA streams aren't intended for public use according to what Hoagland said a few weeks ago.

jones went in and did it and it's documented with a timestamp... and 10 years prior richard claims he had an 'invite', yet in the end has nothing of substance, not even an anecdotal story. at best it was probably an idea over the phone and no more.
