I honestly feel dumber every minute I listen to this.  It's like sniffing glue, but w/o the cheap thrill.

Seriously this may be one of the most sucky shows I've heard, and that includes many many Noorie shows.  Hoagie, the fact that you'd pick this as a friggin *replay* really says alot, and it's like, not good dude.
It flopped the first time too. If I remember right, the chat-room thought it sucked at the time.

And there is Snotty MMMMMMMMMMm-Kay chiming in.

Why, why am I listening to this and not taking a shower like I should be?

I did find the guest last night interesting though.
Same here.

Ok guys, I can't take it anymore, between the scotch & the hoagie, I gotta save a few brain cells.  Belles, good luck on getting your question answered.  21st, if you go back to C2C please use all standard anti-Nooryism safety protocols.  Nite all.

When there's blood in the streets, that's the time to invest.

I love that quote. I want to remember that.

I agree.  ;)

He was very good. If Dick had guests of that caliber on every night, his ratings would be through the roof.

he has been awful more so in the last few weeks
True, to the point of being intolerable. Last night was actually one of the better shows he's done in weeks.

Oh Ya, it seems to be a regular thing now to have at least 1 rerun per week.

That is like my favorite Talking Heads tune.  Eggcellent choice.

I'll throw this one back at you.

Beautiful!  Somehow his "overtly pretentious" is less grating than today's smirking hipster variety.

Okay so, true story:

I took a glass blowing elective in college.  There was one really magnetic girl.  All semester I knew her only by her first name.  We were friendly, but it was just the one class.  Last day I happen to catch the roll sheet . . . "Malu Byrne."

That was awesome!   I've never heard of him.  Now I am going to have to get some of his records.  He's definitely got the Specialty records vibe on that one.

I'll throw this one back, a Little Richard tune with someone named Hendrix on lead guitar.

Good night, zeebo.  I think I will listen to the last half hour to see if Annie, Corney, Jeffrey or Bill the AAA calls in.

Another replay this week, as well. RCH "works" four days out of five, week after week. Now that, is a pretty sweet work-week. if you can get it. ;)

Hmmmm... If I were a Club 19.5 member, I think I'd be asking Keith for a 19.5% refund on my subscription fees. As it is, I'll just do my useless eating mechanically tonight.

The "join club 19.5" guy . . . the baritone . . . he was a guest once, right?  Is he the EmDrive guy?

yup..Dave Distler

Little Richard is still around.  He thinks the second coming is eminent because the world has gone to hell in a handbasket.

From wiki.

He somberly told a Howard Theatre, Washington, D.C. audience in June 2012, "I know this is not Church, but get close to the Lord. The world is getting close to the end. Get close to the Lord."[107] In 2013, Little Richard elaborated on his spiritual philosophies, stating "God talked to me the other night. He said He's getting ready to come. The world's getting ready to end and He's coming, wrapped in flames of fire with a rainbow around his throne." Rolling Stone reported his apocalyptic prophesies generated snickers from some audience members as well as cheers of support. Little Richard responded by stating: "When I talk to you about [Jesus], I'm not playing. I'm almost 81 years old. Without God, I wouldn't be here."

I hope he is wrong but my gut is telling me otherwise.

Amazing.  I understand his world-fatigue.
