The problem with this line of thought maybe that you use guns to defend your banning of them, in order to defend your belief it requires taking guns from people that have committed no crimes on the chance they might do harm to someone else. In order to get less guns you will use guns and likely kill innocent people in the process of taking those guns, so the argument dies, it will never work, all it will do will be to further criminalize more Americans and increase the size of people locked up in jails for non-violent offenses, for simply violating a formality and not abiding by the unconstitutional move to ban any kind of guns. We live in a dangerous world, asteroids and missiles could rain down on us at any moment without any notice, as total extinction has happened in the past very fast for many living things, death maybe just a part of life.  But I stress one need not use a gun to kill someone, one can chop a head off or drown someone in a cage, to ignore this fact will only make those outcomes far more likely.

Yes however I must give him props for sometimes stopping the guest to clarifying certain points for the audience.  Some of these guests would just ramble from point a to z with no break to absorb what they're saying, so this technique can be helpful.
