Many thanks for the updated blog entry.  I was quite alarmed to read that Michele [sic] Norris gave Hoagland access to not one, but two of her credit cards.  "Help yourself," indeed; she can't cancel those cards fast enough. 

I'm guessing that PayPal and/or the credit card companies have a point at which they stop treating double-billing (which does happen mistakenly from time to time) as an "innocent mistake" and start treating it as a willful and deliberate act.  I'm also guessing that Hoagland might be closer to reaching that threshold (assuming he hasn't reached it already) than is good for him.
