I do still have a clip from the old days where he said "Braaaps to Bellgab!!!!" for our mass consciousness experiment that cured his sinus headache.

Yes sir!  Absolute truth. LOL!  I may have it too in my archive.  Any idea who the guest was?

Someone get a hold of Hoagland and tell him to put his show on UFOShip.com.  Won't charge him a dime.

Mmm, hard cider. I love Woodchuck's Granny Smith cider.
Woodchuck is good stuff, including the Granny Smith.  Damn Sam Adams has been trying to crowd Woodchuck out of my market area with their Angry Orchard.  I'm having a harder and harder time getting the Fall Harvest which I occasionally enjoy anytime of the year, if I have it on hand.  It is some damn fine, smooth stuff, with just the right amount of the proper Fall seasonings.

Woodchuck über alles.

Go, MV, go.  Make Hoagie an offer he can't refuse.  All hail MV.

I do not!  Let me see how far back Hoagie's archives go.  That would be worth a listen.

I have no idea, but I'll try to find it in my archive. As I recall, Hoagland referred to Bellgab twice and then just started calling us the peanut gallery after the great pranking. The first was the "Braaps" incident and the second was when he thanked "SciFiAuthor from Bellgab" and proceeded to issue an edict that I appear as a guest lol.

I'd much rather have Woodchuck. I actually attend a local Renaissance Fair specifically because they have Granny Smith on tap each year.

You should agree to be a guest.  8)  In the grand scheme of things it's the right thing to do.  At least do it for the children.  ;)

I totally should have. At the time, I didn't want to as I was still positive towards the show and there's just no way I could have kept myself from debunking Hoagland. But now I regret not doing it and making it a complete clusterfuck of an episode lol.

... apple pies with the top crust latticed with strips of cheddar cheese.   It was quite popular in the region.

I remember an old poem that goes:

An apple pie without some cheese
Is like a hug without a squeeze

I always thought hey just gimme my pie and leave the sexy talk out of it.

I love this idea.  I can imagine post-Hoagie emergency Gabcasts happening often, wouldn't have to even change stations.   :)

It's Hoagland, he'd try to send you a bill for hosting his greatness.

haha, lol
That's a great observation 21, and how sadly probable
but MV's offer is the best that he will get at this time of his fast orbiting career :)

Johnny Appleseed was the Best, but it's gone off the market.

Yes!  I am surprised none of our broadcasters have seized upon this golden opportunity already -- a small, but dedicated, passionate and erudite audience attuned to absurdity.  But the charms of Hoagie seem to have eluded them.  His doings barely rate a mention.
