Big New Cryptic Mystery Going off on the Net

I wish Art Bell would read this and I know I have not posted in some time.  I'm really upset I cannot understand this cipher.  There are some clues in in English.  As you can see there is an alien connection.  Can someone in this forum give me some ideas to what this can mean?

Or the First Temple as described in the Old Testament, complete with the "Holy of Holies", the chamber where the Ark of the Covenant was once kept. To the right of the diagram looks to be a binary expression.

In the lower left corner is a upper case "sigma", used in mathematics to show a summation.  That could be read as "Sums up benevolence".  Under that is what looks like a url, bottom right shows what appears to be longitude/ latitude coordinates, perhaps the location of the Ark.

This message which is encrypted regarding what I'm now calling the Gnosis Cipher, I have to imagine could contain a real message from an alien.  I found on the net after several keyword searches what I believe to relate to an alien connection not to mention the alien picture which portrays a mind weapon the connection being to Gliese 667C which is about 22 light years from earth, it has 3 stars and perhaps 4 planets that can support life.  The entity that made this document I believe is here on earth and putting out his or her feelers.  This Gnosis Cipher has so much in it I believe that it resonates with so many people whether in regards to Faith, science, culture and overall probably something very important to mankind's survival.  Also the message I bet is positive, because of the word benevolence.  I have a feeling it relates to technology which we humans need or has to with the end times.  What's odd is also many do believe that the pyramids have an alien involvement.  Now what's troubling to if you go to the before it is news link is it does convey abducted in the binary code message and that's is no mistake.  The document could be a hoax or perhaps someone was abducted to Gliese 667C and is now back.  I am so fascinated by this.  I believe the NSA must unravel this message for all us to know what is being stated.
