Wow. I wonder how much work Norry did on the book. I like Belzer, even though he can be out there, and I'm guess if this book is true he and this David Wayne, of whom I know nothing, did most of the work. Norry probably "wrote" an introduction or post-script.

Sounds like Boory wrote the title. "Somthin is happenin to somthon"

Christmas is over and charity is done... I cannot agree that he wrote an introduction.  I think he probably wrote his name in the blank provided as "co-author" and has agreed that his contribution will be hosting a show and exposing his "millions" of listeners to the book on his program.

I think you've got it.  Noory is just a book whore.  Hell, the guy doesn't even read books, let alone write them.  If he could go back in time, he'd try to cut a deal with John Hancock to have him sign "Dave Noorie" on The Declaration of Independence if he thought he could make a buck off of it.  I'm surprised Jorch isn't also a co-author of The Gettysburg Address.  ::)

Even whores perform a service, albeit one that might be maligned by much of society or even leave the buyer, relieved, later scratching or pissing fire (or worse) and only bring profits to some pimp. But what "service" does Norry, really, provide? Honestly? Ruining the reputation of a good show? Bringing down ratings? How does that help his owners? Encouraging anti-intellectualism or, worse, false science and promoting the worst of religion or actual belief? What else? A promised "charitable foundation" to help the only remaining open-line callers (remember that promise a few years ago for all the mental, down-and-out, elderly, etc) that went nowhere?

Worse of all, because the show ALWAYS had fruitcakes, racists, paranoids, new-agers, ranters, homeless, rednecks, liberals, Christians, psychics, Bible-deencoders, militias, liberals, satanist, the illuminati crazies callers, and bad lines, radio still on, truckers with CBs on, etc....but it had a host who QUESTIONED them, cut them off sometimes, took unscreened calls, even let callers debate each other, and AT MINIMUM had the ability to fly-on-the-cuff, let the show go where it did, listen to guests and callers, ask actual questions, criticize callers/guests, etc. At his worst (there were some bad shows) it was usually saved by him going to calls or redirecting the guest or callers. There seems to be no skill, or worse, care now with Norry. (He had some decent shows, and sometimes, rarely, has some ok ones, but I really wonder what happened. He never was as good but he wasn't ALWAYS as bad.) I understand Ian, who I liked actually, got burnt out (ear problem withstanding, I will take him on faith, ha) because of his ordination and callers/guests criticizing him. But Norry got the prize and then seems to have decided to take the per-Diem (travel a lot) and mail it in.

Jorch has always sucked.  From day one.  He just sucks more now since he just "mails it in."

How dare you, Sir!
Don't degrade whores by bringing them up in the same thought as Dave Norrie.

"Someone Is Hiding Something" is such an astonishingly good title for a book on this topic.

Next month please look for my new book on President McKinley, "That Muthafucka Dead."

No mention of Jorch at all.  They apparently have no idea how to explain what his name is doing on the cover of this book either.  Disgusting!  :P

I particularly like the font size used for the various names.  It seems the Jorch really did contribute quite a lot to this book.  I only question why his name is not the headliner in the biggest letters.

I am not sure if I am reading too much into this but at 2:16AM eastern time on the Friday night/Saturday morning show right in the middle of with his interview with Alten the C2C official twitter account tweeted out NOT information on how to get the guest book but information how to pre-order Noory's book.

I just found that odd timing (and somewhat lack of class) that his show's twitter account was promoting Noory side stuff during the exact same time Jorch are interviewing somebody else.

It's typical of Noory and the classless PremRat ops.  Any cheesy attempt to make a buck is the standard MO.

It did remind me of the time Noory popped-up on the GNS thread in one of his shameless promotion attempts.  It was during a C2C show and it became obvious he was ignoring the guest more than usual.  As you'd expect, Noory didn't notice until one of the GNS thread participants pointed out he might want to get back to his supposed hosting duty.  Classic.

Clearly no one cared what Jorch was up to when on air. No need to focus on the task at hand.

Does anyone have the GN sucks page number for when he got the smack down from Art? "i never lied to you folks. It's just not what i do"

Ha!  Those were hilarious days on BG.  Noory showing-up and just digging his cesspool even deeper.

The Art "smackdown" of Noory was priceless.  When was that?  September, October 2013?  Good times, good times. :)

A bit conflicted here. I’d very much like to read this Someone Is Hiding Something as it’s a topic that fascinates me…BUT Noory’s name on the cover is like a big, damn blinking neon sign warning me off. Some years ago I paid good money for that abominable Worker in The Light book by Noory. I was blown away by just how awful, non-researched and poorly edited it was. Without exaggeration â€" it was the worst book I ever tried to read in my life. I literally threw away it in the trash (unfinished.)…Thinking I might just take the title (Someone Is Hiding Something) to my local library, mention Belzer’s name and ask if they can order it, so I can read it w/o being out the money…

I wouldn't throw liberals in that mix. I remember what real liberals were like back in the day and I dare say I wish they were still around. What we have now in the progressives in nothing like   Daniel Patrick Moynihan or Hubert H. Humphrey.

Somehow liberals have been unable to acquire from life what conservatives seem to be endowed with at birth: namely, a healthy skepticism of the powers of government agencies to do good.
Daniel Patrick Moynihan

There are not enough jails, not enough police, not enough courts to enforce a law not supported by the people.
