Who got Art into the Paranormal and what would become Coast to Coast AM?

I thought you were asking for contact and messages from Art Bell in general. 

He talks about why he switched from a political forum to an ethereal and supernatural forum in a lot of his early shows. If I'm not mistaken I believe it was a process of osmosis. It started one night when he was doing his regular political show and not many people called in. Then one night he had a guest ( not sure which one ) and they began talking about the supernatural and he said that the switchboard lit up and was packed till the end of his show in Vegas at KDWN.

Of course the station wouldn't let him do it every night so he and his friend Alan Corbeth set up a studio with a satellite dish in Art's home and they began Coast To Coast AM and history was made. The way Art explains the set up is that his signal (from his home) would bounce off of one of Alan's radio station's satellites in Oregon which would then send the signal to one of their satellites up high and from there it was disseminated nation wide from (Coast To Coast ), and internationally.

It's no problem. I just recalled some of shows that I heard Art talk about his and Coast to Coast AM's beginnings. I am going to order that book at some point in time. Believe it or not I'm still reading Fr. Malachi Martins "Wind Swept House".
