As for Cheney, he's an inherently evil human being, and he's practically dead anyway.  If he wasn't such a fuckin coward he'd offer to trade himself to the Daresh for something advantageous, like not executing any more westerners.   He'll send off America's best and brightest to die for oil without a second thought, but when it comes to making ANY sacrifice himself...well, fuck that noise.
