How many use shoutcast to listen to Art?

Just curious. I was using Tunein pro but recently I started using shoutcast via l337tech internet radio. I really enjoy the option of being able to switch quickly between 7 or 8 Art streams going on & being able to see how many listeners are on that stream. One night there where as many as 12 streams going & over 800 listeners. Anyway thought I would ask.
Later BliTzer...  ;)

I have either u7 or the Ultimate stream going probably 4-5 hours a day.. sometimes all night haha.

My server is the main relay for u7 but they've been having a lot of trouble with their source machine. So for the time being the u7 tunein station is playing the Ultimate art bell stream. From what I've seen, u7 is peaking over 1200 at night now.

Yeah U7 is the main stream on choices. I'm either on that or advent, just depends on what choices is being streamed on shoutcast. Oh look!  What time it is!  Almost time for SnNoOoryy! Uhg

Check out The Ultimate Art Bell on shoutcast.com (soon to be tunein). I've got a 141 day long playlist going, no repeats (well maybe 1 or 2 lol). Tons of shows that u7 has never played.

I listen to Art on my T.V. with Shoutcast through my Roku. It's a nice way to wind down each night before bed.

I listen to U7 (although that repeats quite a bit, but is getting better) and some other AB channels I'd rather not mention due to a fear of exposing them and getting them taken off.

FineArtStream was still the best though.

Even though I've downloaded the complete AB torrent, I still like listening to random shows from these feeds, especially before bed.

I hear ya.. I love it, late at night listening to some craziness out of this world but not crazy enough to not make you wonder, what if...

I found this app & I really like it. It has shoutcast & about 7 more combined into one scanning event.
It's called L337TECH internet radio.  It's not fancy doesn't have pretty buttons or flashing lights..  But it's search options are good.  When I put in Art Bell it usually shows 8 to 14 different AB shows playing nightly.
Each broadcast playing gives you the option to switch to different ip streams if the one your listening to is not sounding right.
What I really like is, that it shows you the current title of each broadcast, date & hour Into the broadcast.
Laterz...

Hmmm.  Maybe I got my wires crossed.  *Just* classical music.  Good piano work, I must say.  Uncivilized heathen- American that I am, I can't ID it.

Okay.  Figured the musik out.  I'm actually listening to Deutschland Kultur Musik.  Wife's default setting. I guess.

Looks like the Art Bell streams have all disappeared from Shoutcast.  >:(

The streams are online, ShoutCast seems to have went wonky.

Yes, U7 seems to be the most consistent but they play a LOT of repeats. I used to listen via Itunes, as they also have other Art Bell stations, though very often they are not functioning.

I got tired of it and just got all 1300 of his shows. I can play all the shows for 3 months straight without repeating a single show.

Ah, ok.  Thanks for the heads up.

Shoutcast channel on my Roku finds several AB streams but the SC site and iOS app aren't finding same streams. Also the SC web site doesn't work for shit on an iPad. Over fucking engineered

im on shoutcast listening to old art bell all o the time man. glad to hear other people do, because i really thought i was the only one. i know theres usually a number next to the channel saying so and so many people are listening now, but who knows if thats true or not.
theres one station where its usually supposedly 1000+ people listening at any time.
anyway, i like them they bring me back to the day + they age like fine win and are one million times better than snoory.

I generally use tunein but sometimes I will use shoutcast. Really is not much of a difference in my opinion. I guess I prefer tunein but only because I am used to using it more. I like both apps.

Ur not alone listening.
I don't like to talk about it, for fear of stirring PremRat into action, and making them disappear into the cornfield.  :-X

Yes they would, and have done that.

Since downloading the mega torrent I have not had any need for u7 or shoutcast or tunein. I listen to what I want, when I want.
