Government officials who post videos online promising not to cooperate with ICE should be arrested for facilitating illegal immigration the second they use their offices to keep that promise.  Aiding illegal immigrants is a statutory offense at the federal level, so this is a no brainer. 

Also, any municipal or state legislative bodies that pass laws codifying the facilitation of illegal immigration should be disbanded by the feds, the legislators who voted for those laws arrested under existing immigration law, and the jurisdictions of those legislative bodies temporarily governed by the feds.  The DOJ under Obama asserted authority to directly control municipal police departments when they felt the circumstances called for it, so there's precedent as far as I'm concerned.
