Holes

I have always been fascinated by holes in the ground - sink holes, caves, mines, you name it.  I saw this article on CNN about a big sinkhole that swallowed up a bunch of rare corvettes, and I thought it would be an interesting topic to discuss.

Of course, there's also Mel's hole, which I don't think exists.   But back when Mel's hole was a repeating subject on Art's show, I found another hole called Devil's Hole in Eastern Washington that I would like to go explore sometime.

One of the many scenes that gets filed under 'Can't believe I just saw that!' in GoT series.  How do you spell queef?

ACE of CLUBS

In the Livingstone Range of mountains in southwest Alberta there is a hole high up on a bench of an un-named mountain.  The hole is about 40' across, and about that deep.  We found it during a hunt for bighorn sheep.  There are pictographs in the hole, and some more on a rock face nearby.  The whole mountain had a 'funny feel' to it, and I didn't feel comfortable on it.  Felt this way before we had found the bench and hole.  It seemed we were trespassing, or being watched.

We camped there for the evening, and were going to hike off that mountain in the morning ...... we had seen no game whatsoever on that mountain.  After the sun went down, in that twilight moment before dark, mist started to rise from the hole.  I went over to look into the hole.  There was mist slowly swirling around the inside edge of the hole.  The mist looked like dancers.
I knew I was looking at something that was sacred, and that what I was witnessing wasn't for my eyes.

We didn't sleep that night, and were hiking off that mountain in the first light of morning.
I've never been back there, although I think about that place often ....

COLONEL GEORGE NELSON, UNITED STATES AIR FORCE (RET) - Former U.S. Air Force aircraft accident investigator and airplane parts authority. 34-year Air Force career.

Essay: "The government alleges that four wide-body airliners crashed on the morning of September 11 2001, resulting in the deaths of more than 3,000 human beings, yet not one piece of hard aircraft evidence has been produced in an attempt to positively identify any of the four aircraft. On the contrary, it seems only that all potential evidence was deliberately kept hidden.

With all the evidence readily available at the Pentagon crash site, any unbiased rational investigator could only conclude that a Boeing 757 did not fly into the Pentagon. Similarly, with all the evidence available at the Pennsylvania crash site, it was most doubtful that a passenger airliner caused the obvious hole in the ground and certainly not the Boeing 757 as alleged.

As painful and heartbreaking as was the loss of innocent lives and the lingering health problems of thousands more, a most troublesome and nightmarish probability remains that so many Americans appear to be involved in the most heinous conspiracy in our country's history."

Dwarf bitchslapping a teen, nursing six year olds, possible rapecest (wasn't wrote in the books that way, but stiill twincest none the less) at the calling hours.... thanks Game Of Thrones.  The funny thing is most of that shit is based on real world events in history...

Sounds awesome.  So 40 feet is quite a drop.   Would there be a way to climb back out if you fell in?   How could you tell it was 40 feet?  Did you drop a rock in, shine a flashlight?

A couple of my favorite spots in Washington State - the Ape Caves south of Mt. St. Helens, the Big Four Ice Caves  near Darrington, and my favorite hike: Tubal Cain Mine - 2 separate mine shafts to explore, one with rickety old wooden mine cart rails - complete with side mission of crashed B17.

I own lots of guns... you really want a GabCon?

Jackstar

I don't know what or who "Casio" means here in this context, but whenever I think about the GabCon, I imagine myself alternately pissing and masturbating into your sea of upturned, gaping, open mouths, while I recite poetry, David Icke/Billy Meier transcripts, and real-time commentary on the CNN RSS feed.

... just me?
