Just wait how the sanctions work when the Ruskies, and others, owning EPL teams try to do the same! Reckon the UK will go along with sanctions then? Having said that some of the oligarchs fled with their capital from Russia and came to America and the UK due to Putin so, I guess, it could cut both ways. And what about all those government functions and diplomatic soirees cut off from caviar and Russian vodka...or Russian escorts?
