even the gabcast does better.

Some day (probably soon) that GabCast episode with the Zodiac Killer is going to be one of the most important interviews in human history.

Only because you have your family and close friends listening too, against their will.

Not much, though.  Hell, I get through when I call in.  I can't get through to CoastisToast.

Did I just say a bad thing?

If you want in have the number saved in your phone then call right when they give out the numbers. I get on every time.

Then why don't you ask some 'smart' questions?

I have. I just lost interest in listening to the show. I called in and talked about Art's upcoming Sirus show, then proceeded to ask about portals and angels.
I might call in sometime in July to talk about Art's new show.

Insider

Jimmy Church is an unwitting participant in a military op called "Project Cheerleader".

Project Cheerleader inducted the children of military personal into a psy-op that programmed them to become great proponents of the military and industrial-military complex when they became adults.

In essence, they have been manipulated to portray the military and industrial-military complex as wonderful, benevolent and benign: a blessing to the human race.

Church, as with all Project Cheerleader agents, has no memory of his programming and no clue that he's a black-ops tool.

Wake up Church Mouse, you could have been the lead in to Art Bell, now where are you Somewhere Out There?  You were just a PremRant tool.  They used you, and now you are adrift.  Premrant does not care what they do, they destroy lives and just keep on going.  Corporate America for you.

"But...but.... I was keeping his chair warm..."

jjsmooth

With all of you bastards giving Jimmy C. crap lately, I started to feel bad for the guy (hey, we all make mistakes). So, I decided to go and check out his most recent show, a seemingly interesting interview of Richard Dolan the day before the Roswell slides unveiling.

Well, didn't make it to Dolan. I mean, how far does your head have to be up your ass to mispronounce Stephen Colbert's name? He pronounced it coal (as in the shit we dig out of mountains) + bert (as in the uptight half of the bert and ernie duo).

Church says it several times incorrectly, then has the gall to say "I knew I liked that guy, I did!" Can't like him too much if you can't even pronounce his name! Take a listen starting around 21:30:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHZS29X1JpI

Weirdly, he then pronounces it properly later. Maybe he has a producer talking in his ear who corrected him?

I concur this is funny.

I think at this point even church would see it as a mistake, unless he suffers from delusions. He probably should have stuck to sports, I could almost see him working as a sports call in host. Most sports call in shows are terrible alway.

At least Jimmy still gets that once a week email from Dave.

I love the thought of Jimmy constantly getting his hopes up then having them dashed.

I didn't think it was in me to be capable of schadenfreude but in this case apparently it is. In my defense though I'm not getting that much freude out of it. Just a little. Just because he Photoshopped pictures of him and Art holding hands and put the words "The Dream Team" on it when Art had no say in the matter. Also because he always said he was sitting in for Art, when he was just saying Arts name to drum up business.

Dateline

Call this Jimmy Church trivia if you will, but I learned two things about him this weekend from Contact in the Desert.

1.  He hosted a panel that had such luminaries as Mike Bara, Stanton Friedman, and several others this weekend at Contact in the Desert.

2.  He is 51 years olds.  I was shocked!  Somehow I thought he was much younger, not by his features, but by the fact that I thought that the picture of him and Norry was well, a big brother appearance.  He was giving someone much younger a break.  I took him to be in his late thirties from his presentations and behaviors.

There's no fool like an old fool.

By his presentations and behaviors, I would have taken him to be about 13.

I tried listening to Jimmy's show the other night for the first time, but 4 minutes-in the intro music was still rumbling away; 10 minutes-in he was just talking random crap; 20 minutes-in, still talking crap, but now overlaid with annoying music.

Didn't make it beyond that point, which is a shame as I would've liked to hear the guest interview.

Ho-hum.

I occasionally listen to his shows that go up on Youtube, and I skip all of that shit.

Ah good idea, not checked YT for his shows. He seems to have some interesting guests on, so will snout about and see what I can find  :)

From what I've heard of him live, his style seems to be like that of a breakfast/drive-time host (i.e a touch of attention deficit disorder).
