Wow - ever since this thread was started, the two lame forums mentioned here have skyrocketed in views. Despite having only 3-5 people posting per night, they both have jumped in page views from a few hundred, to tens-of-thousands - perhaps showing the power of CoastGab.

thats how all those c2c chat rooms are. they also spend a lot of the postings trying to teach computer illterate members how to get an avatar picture or quote a post. boring. 

they would be better off having a daily 24 hour chat board independent of c2c since they rarely discuss the programs subjects anyway.
they also seem to be more interested in geeky tv shows like big bang theory anyway from their avatars.

I was going to sign up for fun after reading a little about them here.  After reading 3 pages there I decided to slit my wrists instead.

I decided that even with hours to type out responses my real personality would shine through.  There is no way to even read that without getting angry that somebody can actually type it with a straight face.  To attempt a response and refrain from appearing as though I suffer from Tourettes is simply not possible.  The mindless, happy banter actually caused supper to resurface.

I figured you kids would jump right on this. When I heard that forum get the shoutout I figured I knew what was up. I signed up here last year because, well, I dig Art and classic Coast just like all of you. I think the quality of current Coast has really gone downhill over the past few years, but you guys take the hate to a level that isn't my bag.

Clearly this is the same guy who ran the Nighthawkzone. I was a member there for a number of months, and I think you guys have it all wrong when you think it was all rubes who didn't know the score and spent hours per night heaping praise on George Noory. Oh, some were without a doubt (but most may have all been the same guy under different ID). You probably know this by now, but "BadBoy" edited the messages. Not just deleting, but literally going into them, changing things, and erasing certain content. Criticism would disappear, whole sentences would be rewritten; it was ridiculous. When a handful of us caught on and were discussing it in PM, we got out accounts suspended! Private messages were not so private, it seems. Also, something I always suspected but others here seem to back up, "BadBoy" was masquerading as several different board members for---whatever his reasons.

Anyway, what you could NOT have known (because no one else did until now): a handful of forum users there came up with a code we'd use on the board. Fascinating= what a load of crap, this is great= this sucks; just simple stuff like that. It was a lampoon of what he wanted on his board. We'd touch base through the forums and then chat via messenger to ourselves about what we really thought of the show.

But the bottom line is that this seems to be a guy with some issues. I see that some here had beef with this guy at some point, but by now it kind of comes off like the jocks picking on the retarded boy in middle school. You know what I mean? Let him have his little board populated by himself and his other board IDs, and do your thing.  Because at this point I think "texaskdog" is right; if there's anyone else on there it's probably guys like you messing with him.

On CoastGab when I say "George Noory Sucks", it actually means "George is the best radio host in the world".  It is the only way we can communicate the truth under the nose of Meanmeister Vandeven.

It seems like you believe I'm one of the supporters, judging by the nature of your responses. The only thing we may be in disagreement about on these subjects is the exact amount of beating one should give dead horses. I'm not denying the right to beat said horse, I was just giving my own personal opinion of equine carcass abuse (that it's not my thing).
