no psychiatrist is going to "judge" you sane. That is something that would happen in a criminal trial. Falkie, your behaviors and choices have lead you to your place in life. Your inability to manage without aid is directly related to that. As mental illness goes, you got off light. I would think to keep a vehicle registered, proof of insurance would be necessary. But it is possible to have proof of insurance when registering then let it lapse. That happened to me with an uninsured motorist several years ago. They presented an insurance card to the officer. It was only after the weekend I found that their insurance had lapsed.

So, with that knowledge and experience of paying into the system I know that I am entitled to the money in your pocket.  Your kids need braces?  That is a direct effect of your bad genes and shouldn't interfere with my collecting a check that you fund.

As to emergency rooms, I strongly believe that those of us who have the greatest non-emergency need and who have paid into the system, no matter how little or how much of a drain on everybody eles's existence, should have head of the line priviliges.  Especially beyond those of 'color', let's say.  Now, I'm not racist, nosirrebob....you ever wonder who 'bob' is?  Now that I think of it, that might have been the name of the guy who took me into the corn field.....no I'm not a racist, but if 'those people' spent more time working and less time having kids...well the result is obvious.  there would be more people paying into the system that I grift and less of 'them' in the emergency room when I'm there for my weekly visit.  It's just common sense.  I think any rational man would think the same.
