HE offered to PAY for my glasses with NO prompting from me AND offered to pay for the tickets AND Kathy's when I was going to do the interview before I got him angry at me. Both offers came from him with NO prompting from me & were out of the blue from him.
QUIT assuming that YOU or anyone else on here know what transpires between George & I in emails because 99 and 99/100ths % of the time you'd be wrong in your speculations.

He has said he will either re-imburse me for the glasses or pay for them outright on his own via fax or they call & get his credit card #. i'm NOT sure Costco can do that long distance though my Mother did it with her credit cards for items at times for items she bought for my relatives.
George did pay for the shipping for his two cookbooks to return them autographed which I keep forgetting to send to Bill Birnes. I'll finally do that on April 2nd.

I squint because my glasses are cockeyed right now and very soon I will probably have to get a new prescription because your vision changes as you get older.
And because the eyelid on my right eye is weak.
Eyeglass prescriptions are only good for 2 years.

Falkie - I started lurking on BellGab when Art's Dark Matter was on the air. I haven't kept up with BellGabs goings on until recently & this is the first video of yours I fully watched.

I remember back from when I started BellGab, Dave was going to pay for your new glasses & there was much discussion about this. When I started watching today's video with you wearing broken glasses, my first thought was, "Wow, Dave bought Falkie some really cheap glasses!" But then in listening to your video you seemed to say that you hadn't gotten the new glasses yet....which is really confusing to me because that was well over a year ago. So, did Dave get you new glasses or not ?

I am not one of those that can tolerate listening to Dave. His sandbagging of Dark Matter, topped with his Gold Crown avatar on BellGab was just too much for me and makes my stomach turn. The fact that you exchange correspondences with him shows that you have a stronger constitution or something then most.

Lastly, as a nurse, I agree that asthma and COPD are dangerous diseases. I would highly advise that in the future you do NOT rely on people in Texas when you are having serious problems breathing or other medical emergencies. You need to call 911 - I have heard from my nephew that San Francisco has this service.

Yes. They're sitting in the shipping bag & I kept forgetting to send them off last year because of everything going on in my life and they under a pile of other books way up high and I couldn't see them.
I'll give Bill the postage to return them ( and some other books I have as well that he's said he'd autograph ) put ne book on Ebay to auction it off for charity and keep the autographed one in my collection.
If Noory will do it, I'll get some of his books and get him to autograph them and do the same.
I did send an autographed book from Art Bell to my forum administrator as I had an extra copy. Autographed Art Bell books ( depending on which ones they are ) are selling for $ 25-100 or more on Ebay.
One guy was asking a thousand bucks for one earlier in the year !

I wrote an email to a Bellgabber because Comcast had cut my phone off but NOT my internet. Both that person and Justin called Kathy to get her to come over here & I had no way to call an ambulance at 3:30 AM I would not have made it the two blocks to the phone at the police station to talk to them and recently I tried the payphone there and it was out of order but the phone to talk to the police IS kept in good working order. I had sat on my couch going " Oh, my G*d " & couldn't breathe or get up for about 2 hours. That's how little air was getting into my lung. When I got to the er they gave me 3 Prednisones and put me on this machine with something that looks out it puts out steam. If it weren't for the 2 Bellgabbers, I probaly would have died, that's how bad my sinus & lung infection had gotten.
George never paid for my glasses the last time, but I decided to accept the offer because I can put the lenses of the broken one in a new frame and have a spare.
No bribe involved.
I find talking to Noory to be interesting at times. We've discussed news stories and the weather and I regularly tell him what I think about his shows. He has taken some of my suggestions and rejected others but does seem to value my opinion for whatever reason.
But then I am willing to see another side of the guy which none of you aren't.
Not defending him either for his actions.
He's said he didn't steal Art's guests as I recall. I've have to wade through all his emails to see where he said it. I keep them all for reference.
And he has NEVER said " I'll PAY you if you talk nice about me. " though he did ask why I never say anything nice about him.
