We advertize now with what we have.

Now we take the first step of a 2 year journey.

We develop a coherent anti brand to Premcrap.
Art can not be with us...only watch from afar.
As we develop a credible quality Alternative.

The main "super structure" of the channel would be very much along the lines Art described.
We want to go head to head with AM radio.
But Art can not guide us.
We all know what we want. Our compass is in hand.

My opinion, though, is that the Art Bell brand will sell itself.

I think Keith and Art are planning to ramp that up on the Dark Matter website. I just see so much great potential for doing it that way. Like I said before, Art is the Stan Lee of the late night talk show. If he's up to it, he can ram roughshod over premradio and sirius and not even have to broadcast.

But, when he returns...it'll be a big friggin deal. He'll have his network, he'll have his publicity, he'll have his base built up, and he'll be able to do the kind of show he wants.

I'm not an attorney, but I have paid a bunch of money to some of them over the years. I can tell you that skirting an issue once or twice would most likely be overlooked. But a regular appearance even as a guest would probably bring some court time... and I don't think Art wants to tempt fate that badly.
