I'm pretty sure the wording hasn't changed at all. Certainly not since Art last posted saying he still hadn't heard back from them. Wishful thinking, I'm afraid. I do wish he'd come and say something, though.

The wording on the middle paragraph was that the lawyers were going to sort it, which lead some people to think that Art was going through lawyers.  It was then changed to "working out the details with Sirius".  I think they changed the wording to stop giving the impression Art was invoking lawyers, not that they were getting closer to sorting it all out.

Well, George Noory is doing his special insider chat tonight at 2300 Eastern. It would be entertaining if he received a plethora of calls concerning this whole situation. It would also be a good time for him to invite Art on for a guest appearance.  If I was George I would invite Art on for the whole four hours for a show, just saying. Art could ask George tough questions and George could do the same (and skip the cue cards for a change.).
