Hello Art,
If you create an internet based "radio show" where people can "call" via Skype, maybe you could give canned copies of it to SiriusXM so that they can broadcast it as a "canned" show at a later date (?).
Now I don't know anything about streaming or podcast or schmodcast; all I know is that I'd rather listen to a "canned version" of whatever you do (on my satellite radio) instead of the live (and horrendous) radio program known as "TheOtherShow". I know I'm not the only one thinking that way. After all, how do you explain that even with TheOtherShow on the air, people are still listening to Somewhere in Time?
That's just a thought. And who knows? Maybe SiriusXM would be open to the idea of getting cheap/free product (the opposite of what some people, babling on this site, are using as an excuse to justify SiriusXM's behavior).
The quality of the average (current) talk show on SiriusXM is pitiful. Dark Matter was essentially in a league of its own and the suits at SiriusXM who contacted you initially and gave you carte blanche by telling you "just have fun" know that.

P.S.: Legions of truck drivers out there would listen to your show even if they knew it's a "canned version" and they can't call.

Yes, that is correct, I said I would honor the NC because I will, I did not say I would not see about
challenging it from a Legal point of view, that is a proper way to proceed. I will not just ignore the NC
and go on with streaming but I will see what can be done to have it removed. If it is we will stream
just as we said.

We all must have contingency plans in time of disasters and here is mine.  I will not give up on alternative/paranormal radio.  Instead, I will be devising the patchwork contingency plan.

There are a "host" of other shows, podcasts and so forth just waiting to be listened to.  This is getting exciting.  I am so excited!  I will listen to a different host every night if I choose.  I am not going to let the drama get the best of me, but Coast is just not in my listening itinerary for the present.  The way that this was conducted, played and connived make me ill.  I will not partake of such behaviors.

Here ya' go George. If you inherit C2C ... and it appears you have ... (simply being in the right place at the right time) you know as well as we All do ... it was Art man, that got you in.
What sets him apart from you? He "fuckin' listens to what's being said. Sadly you don't.
Listen to some of your old shows. A guest will  make the wildest of claims and you'll shoot back some "off-the-wall" remark that is condescending and inappropriate to what has been stated. It drives us mad! Shit man! Do the world a favor and get hold of yourself. It's as though you're formulating your next question while the guest is still expounding with no concern what he/she is stating. Damn homey. Do yourself (and us) a big fat favor and listen to a few old Art Bell shows and see how it's done. There's a reason why we all think you suck. No offence George. Kinda.

Just as a side bar...I wonder what George Knapp thinks about all this? The guy is a pro's pro. Deep down he has to think snoorge is like the cunt phony rat. that he is...Art on the other hand I believe is a friend. He has to respect Art for building the show and bringing him on board. Really Art gave him an exclusive interview so I am guessing Art respects and trusts him...could he be an inside source for AB?  What if anything does he do now. He could be Arts biggedt and best witness if AB goes the legal route...discuss......
