I've tried an e-hookah (seriously!) it was surprisingly fun, although with the cheapie I had you could inhale as much as you want and it doesn't seem to touch your lungs (at least that's how it felt).

There aren't too many e-cigs around where I am but a guy walked into a cafe I was sitting in puffing on one and he looked RIDICULOUS, i had to laugh. But they may be a viable method for getting off proper cigarettes.

My sentiments exactly! I don't want to take a puff and have it light up in all kinds of crazy colors. Lol LAME!!! Thankfully, most e-cig makers get that and make them as close to the real deal as possible.
