Paul it is called a Tivoli Model Satellite and it has been sadly discontinued by Tivoli Audio several years ago. It is a gorgeous piece of kit. It is basically a Tivoli Model 2 with a Sirius Sportster beautifully shoved in its cherry veneer case.  Can only recommend ebay. You will not find it any where else. I have looked for anything comparable and had no luck. It is not an internet streamer but a real made for the home satellite radio.
