Being of Japanese ancestry on my Father's side ( the line started from someone emmigrating from Japan in 1820 from the town of Sendai, I am heartsick over what has happened to the city of Sendai and the country. My ancestors last name was Senda as is mine.
I hope this doesn't mean the end of Japan.
But it does show the folly of building nuke plants where quakes or tsunamis might destroy them.

I tried tonight to take video on my Iphone of deer in the park across the street from where I live. It didn't work out well, not enough light.
But I did catch a bit of them as they ran into the parking area where I feed my cats. I think I may have caught someone in their car and I think they scared them away.
Last New Years Eve we came home and there were 3 big bucks in the same park but I didn't have a camera and its so dark out there.
I figured out how to jury rig a small flashlight so next time I will be able to shine it on them. There were 3 young deer in the park and in the back this time.
I'll be so glad when I get a video camera.
I took a video of a BART train approaching me tonight and it came out ok. Light is everything it seems.
Still learning how to do this.

I don't understand it. The file opens up in QuickTime on my desktop when I click on it but won't open up if I click on it here.
What am I doing wrong ?

If you post an image or movie file to Bellgab, you need to have that file at some location that allows access to that same file. Your computer does not meet that condition (most likely). If you were to upload the file to a storage site, the file may work. Quicktime is tricky as I understand it.

Thanks. I was not aware of that. I guess its way past time for another trip to the Genius Bar of my local Mac group.

Does the inner Canadian on a tasty Canadian taste better than the outer Canadian ?

If my challenged videos don't pass muster, I am going to post them without musical excerpts.
It sure takes a long time to post one very short kitty video on You Tube. ...

Filipinas in sparkly Spandex meeting up with furry Bigfeet? Gee sounds a lot like a early 80's Friday nite in Manila bars after the Sailors and Airmen from the 2 bases got paid! ;D Well since Corazan Aquino kicked our military out of the islands >:(
guess the little starving bar girls have hooked up with ET's to get a ride on their saucers. So now they can zip right over to America in their cute little sparkly outfits and get together with the furry bigfooted American guys again! ;)

Its 12"45 pm here and I have been trying to log on to my Sirius account with no success.
When you call their customer service department, they tell you their account section is down for maintenance and to call back in an hour.
Who in the hell does maintenance in the middle of the day ?
I've had nothing but login problems for the last week.
These guys suck almost as bad as Noory.
>:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

If this is how their service works on a regular basis, there's no way I'm gonna get a receiver for the car.
I got home late last night. Is there any way I can listen to last nights show now ?
Please let me know.
Except for a trip to Half Moon Bay for the Harvest/Pumpkin/Halloween Festival that my girlfriend is obsessed about going to I'm staying home for the rest of the month.

I get the same crap here.   It's such a pain to use their service that it is easier to listen to it on youtube.

Listening now... Art Bell's Dark Matter Interview Linda Moulton Howe October 3 2013

Thanks for reminding me of that.
Maybe I need to send an email to Art and perhaps a snail mail letter to Sirius as well.
I tried to upload 2 videos to You Tube this morning and they never did load.
Ain't 21st Century technology wonderful ? :-[

Regarding the rant by the shirtless fellow, um, yessir LMH is crazy & that is precisely why I love her to bits & pieces.

Clearly dude said "Hello" in a threatening manner, or she would not have had such a reaction.  She is a tiny little thing & was defending herself.  Does this guy think he's the first weirdo she's smacked with an umbrella?  I bet she carries it for that very purpose.

Leave Linda alone.  >:(

All I want to know when I wake up in the morning is:  Who cares about jet packs, where is my Betty Robot?

If he was in her face, he was being rude and should have been told to get away.    But, it is hard to deny his story about the crop circle.   I don't think he was lying when he said that there were no "readings" from the crop circle investigators and then after he made the circle then all of the sudden they got more readings than any other circle.    Linda blowing that off is terrible investigating.   She should have hired people or gotten volunteers to replicate the experiment multiple times to either  verify or discredit this shirtless guy's claims.     But I don't take Linda to be a serious journalist/investigator.  I think she does what brings her money, and the more outrageous it is the better radio it makes, the better seminars it makes and she gets more work.  I can't say I blame her, but I definitely don't believe 70% of what she says.

I also recall one time when she made a big deal about helicopters that were shaped like a bell...  she went on questioning her interviewee about it over and over and she was too dumb to realize that when someone had said "Bell Type Helicopter" they were referring to the brand name Bell.   That kind of proved to me that she just goes for the craziness.

Some of her work that she does on the bee stuff is interesting, and the gobeclki tempe reporting she does is interesting.   But when she starts getting into the weirdo stuff, forget about it.  You don't get a pass just because you used to be a beauty queen when you were in your teens and twenties.   Sadly, I have seen some pictures of her recently and she's gone the way of Jocelyn Wildenstein.

I'm a big LMH fan, but I recall a memorable appearance with (I think) Art some years ago when her main story was about a crop circle which had to be from ET's, since it contained a prominently displayed actual number. The number was 420 and she spent some time speculating about its possible meaning.

Finally some stoner got through and explained things. Ms. Howe was not amused.

Well, we're hearing the truth about Fukishima that they're not telling us, aren't we ?

A former C2C listener on the other board I post on has periodically been posting about the Japan's govt. and Tepco lies as well.

TV show The Newsroom told us over a year ago, that Japan for cultural reasons, wasn't being honest about the Fukushima.

Can somebody dig up the show date for this??  Sounds like a good one!

Love/Hate going on foe me with LMH-super interesting subjects, lots of detail,so much work and interest...but delivered in the most unlistenable monotone/nervous.robot drone manner I've ever heard.

Ugh! That shirtless man is disgusting. I can tell by his demeanor and way of talking that he is a low-life scumbag.
I wish I hadn't seen that disgusting excuse for a human being. What a jerk.

Only creeps video themselves shirtless ..fact

Just finished listening to the replay - great show! I love it when LMH is on. I know she has a dry delivery, but she knows her stuff, does her research and presents her facts. Those three hours with her flew by, and they were packed with so much information I couldn't process it all. The whole soul container thing is very, very creepy. I don't know what to make of that.

I emailed Producer Paul tonight asking for a show on Gobekli Tepe, and suggesting Graham Hancock as the guest.  Paul replied almost as quickly as I hit the "send" button,  saying that a show with Graham is already in the works.  My compliments to Art and his crew (Paul and Keith) for being so responsive to and interactive with the listeners!

Hancock on Gobekli Tepe would be a good match, but even if he's coming on for a different subject, maybe Art can ask a few questions about Gobekli Tepe.

Wow, I just realized how utterly fantastic it is to type "maybe Art can ask him a few questions", knowing the questions he asks will be to the point and not if he thinks there are portals or angels involved, or from a prepared 3X5 index card.

Rock on, Art.
