Hi all,
I was trying to come up with a list of iconic band images.
For example:
Rolling Stones - the lips logo
Iron Maiden - that Eddie statue at all the concerts
Led Zeppelin - the swan song logo/Icarus or the Zeppelin

Can people help me fill out this list please?

That's actually a necessary question because it's obvious we've been uncertain about the thrust of the thread. Is it images of iconic bands? Or is it iconic images of rock bands? Two different things in some cases. Iconic bands is BeatlesStonesWhoLedZep, etc.

Iconic images would be the Rolling Stones' Tongue and Lip logo, Beatles Sgt. Pepper look, David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust, Jimi Hendrix kneeling before his burning Stratocaster, Annie Leibovitz's shots of a shirtless Jim Morrison's messianic pose, a Pete Townsend windmill chord, or PT busting up a Gibson, Robert Plant Golden God shot, sweat-drenched Jimmy Page playing while wearing the white "Poppy" stage outfit, Bruce Springsteen "Born In The USA" shot.

Different effect entirely.
