Best Art Bell Shows for Camping

Started by Mind Flayer Monk, May 30, 2012, 06:02:47 PM

Hi all,
I am going camping this weekend and was looking for some recommendations of Art Bell shows that would be great for a camping trip.

I actually started listening to AB while camping in the Sierras and the famous AB "Bigfoot Scream" show was on.

So basically if you have shows and dates that would you feel would be great to listen to on a camping trip, please post them here.

Thank you in advance.

Any GhostToGhost (with Art)! And one that isn't Art, but which has an "outdoors" theme and is to my mind scary as all get out is George Knapp's Jan. 2006 show with Colm Kelleher about Skinwalker Ranch, here: http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2006/01/10

And if anyone suggests other shows which might not be available through streamlink, it would be wonderful if you could link to mp3/dl's/streams from some other source.

There's a ton of Art Bell on demonoid at the moment. Someone has posted everything from '94 to '01. I have some invitation codes if anyone wants one.

The General

November 11, 1998
Dr. Jonathan Reed and his Alien Encounter

If you've never heard it, it's a beaut.

Lovely Bones

Not Art Bell, but if you didn't hear it the first go-round and you want to scare the bejesus out of yourself while camping, take along the 3/25/2012 George Knapp show with David Paulides about unexplained disappearances in National Parks.

It'll be fun for the kiddies, really.   ;)

Zircon

Astronomy, topics on the "future" or some good ghost-to-ghost.

Here's Dr. Jonathan Reed from 1999. It's all I could find.

Demonoid is the one stop shop for C2C shows.  I highly recommend getting one of those invite codes as they don't and haven't had open registration for a while now.

recently i tried generating an invite code for a buddy of mine and couldn't get the system to email the code to me.  don't know what's up with that.

That is one of my fave recent shows- have re-listened a couple of times.  Highly recommended!

Made a code earlier today without any problems.

I've had my name on the list at Amazon since the end of March, waiting for the new printing of the book to come in.  Guess they couldn't keep 'em stocked.  Great show!

Last years shows on mysterious disappearances with David Paulides and George Knapp were the best shows of the year. Another great one for camping is Bigfoot sounds from a few years ago.

I'd have to agree with the bigfoot screams. As I mentioned on another post, I think that would actually completely discourage me from the idea of going camping whatsoever. Although some of the alien abduction shows are creepy enough to listen to at home in your own bedroom. So if your really paranoid about it, I guess you're not safe anywhere!  :-\

Take every one of his interviews about this. It may give ya the creeps though. :D  Also i'd say and About alien abuction's would be good.
