She is still listed at 2,500 listeners (500 x 5 nights)-she just has a 0% share of the listeners with the tracker.

After an initial spike, note by the fall of last year Bell's ratings were fairly dismal as well.  I wonder how much a bruised ego from such ratings had to do with him bailing?

Searching the 12,294 streams of United States radio stations is a big job...

I wouldn't consider this site to be an accurate reflection of listeners.  For one thing, it seems to only collect data from "FCC licensed" radio stations that also stream.  It makes no mention of listeners who connect via the direct stream link (Dark Matter).  I would think the only accurate numbers would be from the MITD streaming server (was that The Stream Guys?)  MITD's streaming server should have data which includes; numbers of simultaneous listeners, location of listeners, length of time they listened, player used to listen, etc.


In my experience, egos are known to run amok in radio--from top commercial stations to volunteer community radio, hosting a show often inflates and distorts ones' sense of self-importance.  Making her own "I hate Heather" themed line seems as if she's shifting the focus of the show from the subject (paranormal/science), to the host.  Her fans might tune in to hear her, but she'll lose more listeners who tune in for the subject, with the host a secondary feature.  Art's listeners likely tuned in for both his hosting skills and the subject matter, but that was after decades of experience in radio and developing his brand.

I'm not sure that's total listeners. Notice how the lower it is, the higher the overall market share it has.

Yeah the ten minutes I tuned into the titor show was bad.  Just enough to hear that one guy and call "titor" a fraud and admonish heather.  It was cringey.   Then I put on prison planet rerun.  Pretty cozy.
